Job Description
We are looking for Agents to visit our many customers at their own homes with the aim of negotiating and arranging repayment in respect of outstanding accounts.
Key Tasks Organise your own workload/paperwork, Set up repayment plans/make collections, Meet targets set out by the Company Operate in a professional and civil manner ,Keep up to date and accurate records, Handle payments Make Follow-up appointments
Essential Full Clean Driving Licence
Good Communication Skills
Good Negotiating Skills
Desirable Experience in Financial Services
Experience in Collections
The Company will provide full training in all aspects relating to the job.
A dedicated team of Head Office staff will be available to offer advice and support at all times.
Hours: 35 Hours/Week – Tues to Fri 12:00 – 20:30 Sat 09:00 – 15:00
